These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Infinity Prideland<\/b><\/span>. By confirming a safari, tour, or Kilimanjaro climbing package with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.<\/p>

1. Booking Confirmation<\/b><\/p>

A booking with Infinity Prideland<\/b><\/span> is considered confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send written confirmation of your reservation.<\/p>

Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to availability until the deposit has been received.<\/p>

2. Deposit and Final Payment<\/b><\/p>

To secure your safari or trekking booking, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost<\/b><\/span> is required.<\/p>

The <\/span>remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

For bookings made <\/span>within 30 days of arrival<\/b>, the <\/span>full payment is required at the time of confirmation<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other payment methods communicated during the booking process.<\/p>

3. Prices and Inclusions<\/b><\/p>

All safari and trekking prices are based on the itinerary, travel dates, number of travelers, and services included in the quotation.<\/p>

Prices may change without prior notice due to factors outside our control such as:<\/p>

  • Changes in national park fees<\/p><\/li>

  • Government taxes or levies<\/p><\/li>

  • Fuel price increases<\/p><\/li>

  • Currency fluctuations<\/p><\/li>

  • Supplier price changes<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, the agreed price will remain fixed unless the itinerary is modified.<\/p>

    4. Cancellation by the Client<\/b><\/p>

    If a booking is cancelled, cancellation charges may apply as follows:<\/p>

    • 60 days or more before arrival:<\/b><\/span> Deposit may be refunded minus any bank or administrative charges<\/p><\/li>

    • 59\u201330 days before arrival:<\/b><\/span> 50% of total tour cost charged<\/p><\/li>

    • 29\u20137 days before arrival:<\/b><\/span> 75% of total tour cost charged<\/p><\/li>

    • Less than 7 days before arrival or no show:<\/b> 100% of total tour cost charged<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Refunds will only be issued for payments received by Infinity Prideland<\/b><\/span> and will exclude non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers.<\/p>

      We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance<\/b><\/span> to cover cancellations and unexpected travel disruptions.<\/p>

      5. Cancellation by Infinity Prideland<\/b><\/p>

      In rare circumstances, Infinity Prideland may need to cancel or alter a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including:<\/p>

      • Natural disasters<\/p><\/li>

      • Political instability<\/p><\/li>

      • Government restrictions<\/p><\/li>

      • Weather conditions<\/p><\/li>

      • Operational safety concerns<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        In such cases, we will offer an alternative arrangement where possible or refund payments made for services not yet provided.<\/p>

        Infinity Prideland is not responsible for additional costs related to international flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses.<\/p>

        6. Changes by the Client<\/b><\/p>

        If you request changes to a confirmed itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate them subject to availability.<\/p>

        Any additional costs resulting from changes, including supplier penalties or price differences, will be communicated and must be covered by the client.<\/p>

        7. Travel Documents and Health Requirements<\/b><\/p>

        All travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation including:<\/p>

        • A valid passport<\/p><\/li>

        • Required visas<\/p><\/li>

        • Vaccination certificates<\/p><\/li>

        • Travel insurance<\/p><\/li>

        • Any other documents required by authorities<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Infinity Prideland cannot be held responsible for travel disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.<\/p>

          8. Travel Insurance<\/b><\/p>

          Travel insurance is <\/span>highly recommended for all travelers<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

          Your insurance policy should cover:<\/p>

          • Trip cancellation<\/p><\/li>

          • Medical emergencies<\/p><\/li>

          • Emergency evacuation<\/p><\/li>

          • Loss of baggage<\/p><\/li>

          • Personal accident coverage<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Travel insurance is particularly important for <\/span>Kilimanjaro climbing and adventure travel activities<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

            9. Liability<\/b><\/p>

            Infinity Prideland acts as a tour operator and organizer of travel services. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure your safety and comfort, participation in safari and trekking activities involves inherent risks.<\/p>

            Infinity Prideland, its staff, guides, and partners cannot be held liable for:<\/p>

            • Injury, illness, or accident<\/p><\/li>

            • Loss or damage to personal property<\/p><\/li>

            • Travel delays or disruptions<\/p><\/li>

            • Acts of wildlife or natural events<\/p><\/li>

            • Circumstances beyond our control<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              All travelers participate in activities at their own risk.<\/p>

              10. Complaints<\/b><\/p>

              If any problem arises during your trip, please inform your guide or our office immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.<\/p>

              Complaints reported only after the tour has ended may limit our ability to investigate or provide solutions.<\/p>

              11. Force Majeure<\/b><\/p>

              Infinity Prideland shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:<\/p>

              • Natural disasters<\/p><\/li>

              • War or civil unrest<\/p><\/li>

              • Epidemics or pandemics<\/p><\/li>

              • Government regulations<\/p><\/li>

              • Strikes or transport disruptions<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                12. Governing Law<\/b><\/p>

                These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>
