Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
You will leave Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, where your safari begins among giant baobab trees and wide open savannah. The park is famous for large elephant herds and also offers excellent sightings of giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and many bird species. After a picnic lunch and an afternoon game drive, continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive toward Serengeti National Park through the beautiful highlands and conservation area before reaching the great plains. Once inside the park, enjoy an en-route game drive with chances to see lions, hyenas, elephants, and large herds of grazing animals. Arrive at your camp in the evening for dinner and overnight in a comfortable tented safari setting.

Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Today is dedicated to a full day of game viewing in Serengeti, giving you more time to explore the plains and follow wildlife movement with your guide. You may encounter predators such as lions and cheetahs, alongside giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and, depending on the season, the Great Migration. After a picnic lunch in the bush, return to camp later in the day for dinner and another peaceful overnight in Serengeti.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Rim
Enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti as you slowly make your way toward the Ngorongoro highlands. This drive often offers one more chance to catch early wildlife activity before leaving the plains behind. After lunch en route, continue to your lodge near the crater rim for dinner and overnight in the cool highland atmosphere.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara route to Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a rewarding half-day safari in one of Tanzania’s most wildlife-dense areas. You may spot lions, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, hyenas, and many bird species as you explore the crater floor. After lunch, ascend and drive back to Arusha via the scenic Lake Manyara area, arriving in the late afternoon.
