Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: March 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Infinity Prideland. By confirming a safari, tour, or Kilimanjaro climbing package with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking with Infinity Prideland is considered confirmed once we receive the required deposit and send written confirmation of your reservation.

Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to availability until the deposit has been received.

2. Deposit and Final Payment

To secure your safari or trekking booking, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required.

The remaining balance of 70% must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other payment methods communicated during the booking process.

3. Prices and Inclusions

All safari and trekking prices are based on the itinerary, travel dates, number of travelers, and services included in the quotation.

Prices may change without prior notice due to factors outside our control such as:

  • Changes in national park fees

  • Government taxes or levies

  • Fuel price increases

  • Currency fluctuations

  • Supplier price changes

Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is received, the agreed price will remain fixed unless the itinerary is modified.

4. Cancellation by the Client

If a booking is cancelled, cancellation charges may apply as follows:

  • 60 days or more before arrival: Deposit may be refunded minus any bank or administrative charges

  • 59–30 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost charged

  • 29–7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour cost charged

  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no show: 100% of total tour cost charged

Refunds will only be issued for payments received by Infinity Prideland and will exclude non-refundable costs already paid to suppliers.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations and unexpected travel disruptions.

5. Cancellation by Infinity Prideland

In rare circumstances, Infinity Prideland may need to cancel or alter a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political instability

  • Government restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational safety concerns

In such cases, we will offer an alternative arrangement where possible or refund payments made for services not yet provided.

Infinity Prideland is not responsible for additional costs related to international flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses.

6. Changes by the Client

If you request changes to a confirmed itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate them subject to availability.

Any additional costs resulting from changes, including supplier penalties or price differences, will be communicated and must be covered by the client.

7. Travel Documents and Health Requirements

All travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation including:

  • A valid passport

  • Required visas

  • Vaccination certificates

  • Travel insurance

  • Any other documents required by authorities

Infinity Prideland cannot be held responsible for travel disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.

Your insurance policy should cover:

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Loss of baggage

  • Personal accident coverage

Travel insurance is particularly important for Kilimanjaro climbing and adventure travel activities.
